PTFE FEP and PFA Spiral Wrap Tubing
Product Overview
Fluoropolymer spiral cut sleeving for cable bundles fiber optics and lighting equipment
Yozonetech supplies spiral wrap tubing in PTFE, FEP and PFA for organizing and protecting wires, cables and fiber-optic bundles. A continuous spiral cut allows the sleeve to be wound around an existing bundle, with access for cable branches along the route.
Choose the material, tube size and spacing to match your bundle diameter, temperature and installation environment. The standard spiral range below covers suitable bundle diameters from 3 to 70 mm, with additional dimensions available for review.

Product Benefits
Wrap around installation
Wind the spiral sleeve around the bundle. The cut profile supports installation around an assembled harness and allows individual cables to enter or leave between turns.
Fluoropolymer protection
PTFE, FEP and PFA provide options for chemical resistance, weather and aging resistance, electrical insulation, wear resistance and a nonstick surface. Select the material for the actual exposure and mechanical duty.
Material and color choice
PTFE is typically milky white and semitransparent. FEP and PFA are typically transparent. Black, blue and other colors can be requested, with appearance and availability confirmed for the selected material.
Material Technical Parameters
| Property | PTFE | FEP | PFA |
| Flame rating reference | UL 94 V-0 | UL 94 V-0 | UL 94 V-0 |
| Heat resistance reference | 260°C | 200°C | 260°C |
| Standard appearance | Milky white semitransparent |
Transparent | Transparent |
These are material-selection references. Confirm the finished sleeve temperature limit and any required flame-test documentation for the exact resin grade, color and wall thickness. A listed UL 94 rating does not by itself establish certification of every finished configuration.
Standard Spiral Wrap Specifications
Dimensions D, D1, T and P and the suitable bundle diameter are in mm. D = tube inner diameter; D1 = tube outer diameter; T = wall thickness; P = spiral spacing. Packaging is in meters per roll. The sleeve tube diameter and the suitable bundle diameter are different values.

Choose a Size
Select the model against the outside diameter of the complete cable bundle, including cable jackets and any additional insulation. Check the listed bundle range together with tube diameter, wall thickness and spacing. The spiral profile expands around the bundle; the listed ID is not a rigid limit on bundle diameter.
Standard rolls are 100 m for DP-2T through DP-14T and 50 m for DP-20T and DP-25T. Other dimensions and packaging can be requested. Specify both material and model so availability can be confirmed for your order.
Installation
Start at one end of the bundle and wind the sleeve around it, following the cable route. Maintain suitable coverage and allow cable branches to exit between turns. Avoid sharp edges and excessive tension; keep the bend radius appropriate for the enclosed wires or optical fibers.
Spiral wrap is an open protective sleeve. Use it for bundle organization and protection, and specify a separate sealed conduit or fluid tube where the application requires a continuous closed wall.
Additional Base Tubing Dimensions
The following dimensions are common fluoropolymer insulating-tube options. They identify base tubing sizes and do not define a finished spiral model, spacing or supported bundle diameter. To request a spiral wrap made from an additional size, specify material, cut spacing and bundle range for production review.

Base Tubing Supply Options
Listed base-tubing packaging options are 10, 20, 30.4, 50, 100 and 500 m rolls, plus 2 m straight lengths. These are separate from the model-specific spiral roll lengths in the DP table. Options depend on material, size and construction.
Base tubing colors include transparent, semitransparent, white, red, blue, black, yellow, green and multicolor options. Confirm material, color, roll length and any custom cut requirements with the quotation.
Typical Applications
Fiber optic protection
Wrap around optical-fiber bundles where organized routing and a protective outer sleeve are required. Respect the fiber manufacturer’s bend radius and handling limits.
Cable and wire harnesses
Bundle wires and cables in electrical equipment and machinery, with branch access along the route. Match the sleeve material and coverage to temperature, abrasion and exposure requirements.
Lighting equipment
Protect and organize wiring in lighting assemblies. Choose the material against the actual temperature around the wiring and specify any flame-performance documentation required by the equipment design.
Custom Spiral Wrap Tubing
Send your material choice, tube ID and OD, wall thickness, spiral spacing, bundle diameter range and finished length. Include quantity, color, roll or cut-length packaging and any dimensional tolerances. We will review the construction and confirm the production specification.
Specify inspection requirements for tube dimensions, spacing, cut quality, surface condition and packaging. If flame performance, electrical insulation or a specific temperature limit is essential, identify the test method and acceptance criteria for the finished sleeve.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which materials are available
PTFE, FEP and PFA options are available for review. The heat-resistance references are 260°C for PTFE and PFA and 200°C for FEP. Confirm the finished specification for the installation conditions.
Can the sleeve be fitted to an existing bundle
Yes. The spiral-cut construction is installed by winding it around the bundle, with openings for cable branches between turns.
How do I choose the correct diameter
Use the complete bundle diameter and the model’s suitable bundle range. Also review tube ID, OD, wall and spacing; the tube ID and bundle range serve different purposes.
Can I order a custom size or color
Yes. Send your material, dimensions, spacing, bundle range, color, length and quantity. Additional base tubing sizes are listed for reference; their suitability for spiral cutting must be confirmed.
Are all listed dimensions finished spiral wrap sizes
The DP model table gives the finished spiral wrap specifications. The metric and inch tables give additional base tubing dimensions, which require a separately agreed spiral-cut configuration.
Request a Spiral Wrap Tubing Quote
Send the DP model or a drawing, material, bundle diameter, quantity and required length. Include custom dimensions, spacing, color, packaging, temperature and any inspection or documentation requirements.
