Product Overview

Yozonetech's non-polyolefin and specialty heat-shrink range addresses applications where a standard cross-linked polyolefin sleeve is not the most appropriate construction. The source catalogue includes fluoropolymer tubing for severe chemical and thermal service, elastomeric grades for fuel and fluid exposure, PVDF for semi-rigid transparent protection, fluoroelastomer for high-temperature fluid resistance, braided silicone tubing for insulation, EPDM heat-shrinkable tubing for environmental protection, adhesive-lined heat-shrink tape for duct sealing, PET expandable sleeving for harness protection, and skidproof heat-shrink tubing for grip and abrasion-control applications.

The products should not be treated as interchangeable. The correct choice depends on temperature, chemical or fluid exposure, flexibility, electrical requirements, shrink ratio, recovered dimensions, mechanical protection and the installation environment. Model-specific dimensional and performance data below should be used for website publication and quotation preparation.

Website Content & Selection Structure

Applications

Present each model according to its source description. Do not generalize the application range of one material to another.

Size Selection

Select the exact model first, then use its own dimensional table. Supplied diameter, recovered diameter, wall thickness, voltage class or other construction parameters are model-specific.

Technical Performance

Use the technical-performance table belonging to the exact product. Test methods and standards should remain attached to the reported value.

Installation

Follow the shrink-temperature and installation guidance for the selected model. High-temperature grades and PTFE products require different installation practices from polyolefin tubing.

Customization

Where the catalogue provides standard sizes, use those ranges as the starting point. Non-standard dimensions, lengths, colors or packaging should be confirmed against the current production specification.

Compliance

Publish UL, RoHS, VW-1, SAE/AMS or other standards only where the source assigns them to the specific product family.

Complete Source Technical Parameters

The following transcription preserves the readable technical content from the source pages. Because the catalogue is image-based, the original PDF should remain the controlling document for critical purchasing, certification and production-release values.

WPET Expandable abrasion-resistant sleeving for wire bundles, harnesses and hoses.
WOLVO Grip, anti-skid and abrasion protection for hand-held equipment and sporting/fishing products.

Installation & Purchasing Notes

  • Confirm the exact model before selecting the size; do not use the dimensional range of a similar-looking product.
  • Check both expanded and recovered dimensions against the assembly OD, connector geometry and required coverage length.
  • For high-temperature fluoropolymer products, use the source-listed shrink temperature and suitable controlled heating equipment.
  • For fluid-resistant elastomeric grades, verify the actual fluid, concentration, temperature and exposure duration rather than relying only on the material name.
  • For SRG-N/W, confirm the required voltage class and whether the project requires the SRG-N or SRG-W construction.
  • For adhesive-lined WRSJD, confirm substrate compatibility and the required sealing width/length before ordering.
  • For WPET, select the sleeve by bundle diameter and expansion range rather than by a conventional recovered-ID method.
  • For WOLVO, select according to both recovered diameter and the required anti-skid grip surface geometry.
  • Confirm color, package length, printing/marking requirements and any non-standard dimensions before quotation.
  • For production release, certification or critical electrical applications, the controlled manufacturer datasheet should supersede OCR-transcribed website text.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in DOC 03?

The non-polyolefin and specialty protective families from PDF pages 24–33: WF, RSFR-TFE, RSFR-DR, RSFR-VDF175, RSFR-VT200, SRG-N/W, WEPDM, WRSJD, WPET and WOLVO.

Is DOC 03 the same as the old 'dual wall adhesive' page?

No. The latest classification separates dual-wall adhesive tubing into DOC 01. DOC 03 is the non-polyolefin and specialty-protection section.

Which products are fluoropolymer heat-shrink products?

RSFR-TFE is PTFE-based, RSFR-VDF175 is PVDF-based, and RSFR-VT200 is a fluoroelastomer heat-shrink grade. WF is PTFE Teflon tubing rather than a conventional heat-shrink sleeve.

Which product is intended for diesel and hydraulic-fluid exposure?

RSFR-DR is specifically described for diesel, hydraulic fluids and other chemicals, with transportation and military cable/harness applications.

Which product provides the highest listed continuous temperature in this DOC?

WF and RSFR-TFE are listed to +200°C, and RSFR-VT200 is also listed to +200°C continuous operation. The exact installation and application limits remain model-specific.

What is the difference between RSFR-VDF175 and RSFR-VT200?

RSFR-VDF175 is a transparent semi-rigid PVDF product with a source-listed -55°C to +175°C operating range, while RSFR-VT200 is a very flexible fluoroelastomer product listed to -55°C to +200°C.

What are SRG-N and SRG-W?

They are two silicone-rubber braided constructions. SRG-N has fiberglass inside and braided silicone outside; SRG-W has silicone rubber inside and fiberglass braid outside.

Is WRSJD a normal heat-shrink tube?

No. WRSJD is an adhesive-lined heat-shrink tape/duct-sealing product intended for spiral, flexible or flat-oval ducts and related HVAC/exhaust applications.

What is WPET used for?

WPET is an expandable PET sleeve for bundled wires, wiring harnesses and hoses, with flexibility and abrasion resistance as key features.

Can these products be customized?

The source provides standard sizes, packages, colors and configurations. Custom sizes, lengths, colors or packaging should be confirmed against the current production specification before quotation.
