PES & PVDF & PI & TPI & PBI
1. Specialty Engineering Plastics Overview
PES, PVDF, PI, TPI and PBI are presented in the supplied brochure as specialty materials for demanding thermal, chemical, electrical, mechanical and high-environment applications. They are not one single polymer family: PES is an amorphous high-temperature thermoplastic, PVDF is a semi-crystalline fluoropolymer, PI is a high-temperature polyimide, TPI is a thermoplastic polyimide, and PBI is a polybenzimidazole material.
For the website, grouping them under one “Specialty Engineering Plastics” category is appropriate because these brochure sections are concise and several do not contain complete dimensional specification tables. This page therefore focuses on material characteristics, available forms, applications and explicitly stated parameters.

11. Technical & Certification Note
This category page is intentionally based on the information available in the supplied brochure. Unlike PEEK, PEI, PPS, PPSU and PSU, these five materials do not all have complete dimensional specification tables in the source material. Therefore, this page does not invent missing data and instead emphasizes material characteristics, product forms, applications and explicitly stated parameters.
Exact temperature limits, chemical compatibility, electrical properties, regulatory compliance and mechanical values should be confirmed against the selected grade and current technical datasheet before engineering or regulated.
