Silicone & Plastics Tubing

1Página 1 / 1

Yozonetech Silicone & Plastics Tubing brings together unreinforced silicone, clear PVC and polyethylene tubing for fluid transfer, instrument connections, protective sleeving and OEM equipment. The category includes platinum-cured silicone tubing, medical silicone tubing specified for USP Class VI requirements, clear PVC round and rectangular tubing, and PE material options. Buyers can compare flexibility, visibility, temperature requirements and fitting compatibility within one practical selection.

Silicone tubing for flexible equipment connections

Platinum-cured silicone tubing uses an addition-curing system without peroxide curing agents. It is a useful option where flexibility, odor control and sensitive fluid contact are selection priorities. Natural silicone is translucent, allowing visual checks without the optical clarity of clear PVC. Suitable grades can be evaluated across approximately −40 to +200°C, with actual limits determined by the compound and service conditions. Listed enquiry geometries extend from small bores to separate larger options approaching 38 mm ID. Medical applications require documentation for the supplied material and intended contact conditions; USP Class VI does not itself establish sterility or approval of a finished device.

Clear PVC round and rectangular tubing

Clear PVC provides an economical, visible flow path for compatible liquids, drainage and low-pressure equipment connections. The round-tube selection includes metric and inch-based geometries spanning approximately 1–101.6 mm ID, with availability confirmed by size and compound. Rectangular and square profiles support compact layouts, protective covers and custom channels. Specify external width, height, wall and corner radii for these profiles. Flexible round-tube pressure data must not be transferred to rectangular sections or rigid PVC formulations.

PE tubing for water and instrument systems

Polyethylene tubing offers low weight and a smooth bore for water-treatment equipment, sampling lines and compatible industrial fluids. LDPE and LLDPE provide flexible options, while HDPE generally offers greater stiffness. MDPE and specialist PE systems are selected separately for their intended application. Common equipment-tubing examples include metric outside diameters of 4–16 mm and inch-based sizes from 1/8 to 7/8 inch OD. Natural PE is usually milky or translucent; colors can support circuit identification. Match the controlled OD and wall to the chosen connector.

Select around the operating conditions

Applications include beverage dispensing, laboratory instruments, filtration equipment, OEM appliances and low-pressure air lines. Choose silicone where elasticity and suitable thermal performance matter, clear PVC where visibility is important, and PE where the resin and fitting system suit the fluid circuit. Define temperature, pressure, vacuum and cleaning conditions together. Pump use requires validation in the intended pump head, and none of these material names alone establishes fuel resistance, full-vacuum capability or medical suitability.

Documentation and a clear purchasing specification

Include required food-contact declarations, drinking-water approvals, RoHS, REACH or biological test documentation in your enquiry. Evidence must match the supplied grade and scope. Send ID and OD, length, tolerances, color, quantity, medium and operating conditions to Yozonetech. For rectangular PVC, add a cross-section drawing; for medical silicone, include contact duration and sterilization requirements. Sample approval and agreed inspection criteria help turn material selection into a repeatable supply specification for your equipment.
