Ordering and Product Selection

We supply fluoropolymer tubing, heat shrink insulation, silicone and plastics tubing, reinforced industrial hoses, plastic and rubber molded parts, polymer stock shapes, machined components, seals, connectors, valves, sheets, films and insulated wire and cable. Browse our product range or send your application requirements so we can help identify the relevant category.

Start with the fluid or environment, chemical concentration, operating temperature, pressure or vacuum, flexibility, connection type and required service life. Then define ID, OD, wall thickness and documentation needs. Our material selection and customization services help you compare suitable options before ordering samples or production quantities.

No. PTFE tubing, FEP tubing and PFA tubing belong to the fluoropolymer family, but differ in processing, transparency, thermal behavior and mechanical performance. Compare the actual grade and tubing construction rather than assuming that one material can replace another without changing the specification.

No. Silicone tubing, PVC tubing and PE tubing are separate polymer options, and PEEK a high-performance engineering thermoplastic. They should be selected for their own properties and operating limits rather than grouped under a fluoropolymer performance claim.

Please include the product, material or grade, ID and OD or a drawing, wall thickness, length, quantity, color, tolerances, operating conditions and delivery destination. Add requirements for branding, packaging, inspection and documents. For a repeat order, include your previous order number and customer part number.

Yes. Metric and inch dimensions can be reviewed across our tubing range. State the dimension convention clearly: ID × OD, OD × wall, nominal hose bore or another designation. Inch and metric fittings are not automatically interchangeable, even when the sizes appear close.

No. A size table describes a product range and does not establish current inventory. We confirm material, size, quantity and stock status for each inquiry. A standard size may require production if the available balance does not cover your order.

Yes. We review small orders, trial quantities and ongoing bulk requirements. Minimum order quantity depends on the item, stock status, resin grade, setup, custom tooling and branding. Tell us whether you need evaluation material, a pilot batch or recurring production supply.

Yes. Share the existing product details, dimensions, material if known, intended application and photos or a sample where possible. Replacement suitability must be checked against the actual operating conditions.

Compare the specified material and grade, dimensions and tolerances, product construction, quantity, packaging, inspection requirements, documentation, delivery terms and quotation validity. Confirm that the quotations cover the same technical requirements.

PTFE FEP and PFA Tubing

PTFE smooth bore tubing is used for chemically resistant fluid paths, electrical sleeving, low-friction liners and equipment connections. Selection depends on the medium, temperature, wall thickness, pressure and installation. Specify any cleanliness, purity or surface-treatment needs with your inquiry.

Yes. PTFE capillary tubing can be reviewed for micro-bore, liner and compact equipment requirements. Send ID, OD, wall thickness, tolerances and length together; these dimensions constrain each other. Very thin walls also require suitable handling, packaging and application-specific validation.

PTFE has a melting transition, but conventional grades have extremely high melt viscosity. Ordinary PTFE parts and stock shapes are generally produced through specialized extrusion or compression molding and sintering, followed by machining where needed. Conventional thermoplastic injection molding is not the normal process for standard PTFE.

Etched PTFE tubing has a treated surface intended to improve bonding to suitable adhesives or other materials. State whether treatment is needed on the inside, outside or both surfaces. Handling, storage and the interval before bonding affect the process, so agree treatment and bonding evaluation requirements in advance.

FEP tubing is an option when chemical resistance and visual observation of the fluid path are important. It can support sampling, reagent delivery and instrument connections when the selected size and material meet the operating conditions. Confirm pressure and temperature for the specific tubing.

PFA tubing is often considered for demanding chemical transfer and purity-sensitive equipment. For semiconductor or analytical projects, specify the required grade, cleaning, packaging and supporting data. Transparency or a PFA material name alone does not establish the purity of a finished line.

We review anti-static PFA tubing requirements for systems that need electrostatic control. Specify the conductive construction, resistance range, test conditions, fluid and installation. Grounding and the electrical continuity of fittings and the assembled system must also be considered.

Virgin PTFE is unfilled resin. Filled PTFE stock shapes incorporate additives selected to modify properties such as wear, creep or conductivity. Fillers can also affect purity, chemical compatibility and electrical insulation, so a filled grade should not be substituted for virgin PTFE solely on dimensional similarity.

No material should be selected on an unlimited chemical-resistance claim. For fluoropolymer tubing, provide the exact chemicals, concentrations, temperatures, exposure time and pressure. Review fittings and seals as well as the tube, especially for mixtures, permeating gases and unusual service conditions.

Material, temperature, ID, wall thickness, manufacturing condition and connection design all matter. Use the working-pressure information for the exact tube and temperature. A material tensile-strength value or a burst-test result is not a substitute for a continuous service rating.

Do not assume the same rating applies. Polymer tubing generally requires temperature-dependent assessment, and fittings may have different limits. Tell us the normal and maximum temperatures, pressure cycling and fluid so the proposed construction can be reviewed as a complete line.

Some constructions are suitable, but vacuum performance depends on wall geometry, temperature, unsupported length and bends. Request vacuum information for the actual PTFE tubing or other selected construction. Pressure capability alone does not establish resistance to collapse.

Yes. We can review colored tubing, cut lengths, coils and reels according to material and order quantity. Additives and pigments may change the documentation or performance requirements. State whether the tube is for identification, light screening or another defined function.

Convoluted Tubing Spiral Wrap and Specialty Tubes

PTFE convoluted tubing uses a profiled wall to provide flexibility for routed connections. Smooth tubing provides a continuous smooth bore. Compare bend radius, pressure, drainage, cleaning and connections for the selected profile rather than choosing only by nominal diameter.

PTFE corrugated annular tubing has ring-shaped corrugations around the tube. Specify corrugation pitch, depth, active length, straight ends and minimum internal clearance. If repeated movement is involved, include displacement, direction, cycle rate and required life.

PTFE convoluted inner smoothbore tubing combines a smooth internal fluid path with an externally corrugated profile. It may also be described as smoothbore PTFE convoluted tubing. State liner bore, maximum outside diameter, reinforcement and end connections when requesting an assembly.

We can review FEP and PFA corrugated tubing alongside PTFE options. Material, corrugation geometry, wall and end design must be confirmed together. Dimensions from one material or profile should not be treated as guaranteed dimensions for another.

Spiral wrap tubing organizes and protects groups of wires, cables or small tubes while allowing branch exits. Specify the bundle diameter, material, wrap dimensions and environment. Spiral wrap is a protective organizer and should not be treated as a sealed pressure tube.

ePTFE tubing is expanded PTFE with a structure that differs from dense PTFE. Porosity and permeability can be central to its intended function. Specify pore structure, permeability and fluid requirements; do not assume it behaves like an impermeable smooth bore transfer tube.

Yes. PVDF tubing and ETFE tubing can be reviewed for chemical, electrical and equipment applications. Their properties differ from PTFE, FEP and PFA. Provide the required temperature, medium, dimensions and mechanical duty so a suitable grade can be considered.

Yes. PEEK tubing can be reviewed for projects requiring stiffness, dimensional control and engineering performance. Specify load, temperature, chemicals, dimensional tolerances and any filler requirement. PEEK is a separate engineering polymer, so its performance should not be inferred from fluoropolymer data.

Fluoropolymer Heat Shrink Tubing

Fluoropolymer heat shrink tubing is supplied expanded and recovers toward a smaller diameter when heated under specified conditions. Ordinary tubing is not designed to provide controlled recovery. Select by expanded ID, recovered ID, recovered wall and the component geometry.

Compare the required service environment, installation heat, shrink ratio, transparency and wall thickness. PTFE heat shrink tubing, FEP heat shrink tubing and PFA heat shrink tubing have different recovery behavior. Confirm the exact product specification and the heat tolerance of the covered component.

The ratio describes nominal expanded diameter relative to recovered diameter under the stated conditions. It does not describe wall thickness or prove a seal. Choose a size that fits over the largest component and can recover adequately around its smallest section without exceeding the product limits.

Polyolefin and Specialty Cable Protection

No. Installation temperature is the heat needed to recover the sleeve; operating temperature describes service after installation. The required temperature, exposure and heating method depend on the product and assembly. Request installation guidance for the selected sleeve and trial it on representative parts.

PTFE/FEP dual wall heat shrink tubing combines a recoverable PTFE outer layer with a fusible FEP liner. During the specified heating process, the FEP melts and flows around the component while the PTFE contracts. Cooling solidifies the inner layer to form a protective encapsulation.

PTFE/FEP dual wall heat shrink tubing can protect selected wire splices, sensors, terminations and other components that benefit from encapsulation. Review the component's heat tolerance, surface geometry, chemical exposure and required seal performance. Confirm the installation process using samples of the actual assembly.

Yes. Black outer-layer options can be reviewed for PTFE/FEP dual wall heat shrink tubing, along with natural or translucent options. Specify the required opacity and appearance. Visual concealment should be assessed on the finished assembly and is not a guarantee against every inspection method.

No. Sealing depends on the liner flow, substrate, surface preparation, sleeve size, overlap, heating and end geometry. Define the required leak or ingress test and operating environment. A waterproof or hermetic claim should be based on the tested assembly rather than the sleeve material alone.

FEP heat shrink sleeves can be reviewed as protective roller covers where material properties, roller size and installation conditions are suitable. Send the roller diameter, working length, end shape, service temperature and surface requirements. Large covers require a size-specific application method.

We can discuss peelable FEP heat shrink tubing for processes where the sleeve is removed after a manufacturing step. Specify the finished component, recovery dimensions, process temperature and removal requirements. Confirm peel behavior and any effect on the component through process trials.

Send the required expanded and recovered dimensions, wall, length and quantity. We will review feasibility and any tooling or minimum-order requirements. Standard charts do not mean unlimited diameters or that every combination of wall thickness and recovery is available.

Polyolefin and Specialty Cable Protection

Single wall polyolefin heat shrink tubing provides a recovered protective or insulating sleeve. Adhesive-lined tubing adds an inner layer that flows during installation and can help seal selected joints. Choose according to the assembly, environment and qualification requirements rather than appearance alone.

Our polyolefin and specialty heat shrink range includes options for single wall, adhesive-lined dual wall, medium or heavy wall protection, cable end caps, identification sleeves, busbar covers and repair applications. Send the function and installation requirements so we can identify relevant products.

We can review PVDF heat shrink tubing, ETFE sleeves and FKM heat shrink for specialty insulation and protection. Each material has different flexibility, chemical behavior and installation conditions. Specify the exact duty and request the data sheet for the proposed product.

Specialty heat shrink and protective sleeves can be reviewed for elastomer-based options, including EPDM or neoprene product requirements. State whether you need actual heat recovery, a fixed protective sleeve or another construction; these are different product functions.

No. Flame behavior, halogen content, smoke performance and electrical ratings depend on formulation and product construction. Specify the required test standard and result. A flame-retardant sleeve is not automatically fire-resistant, low-smoke or halogen-free.

Yes. We review wire identification sleeves and marking requirements including text, logos, serial data and color coding. Specify printer compatibility, text durability, sleeve size and exposure conditions. Artwork approval and a print sample may be needed before production.

We can discuss busbar heat shrink tubing, cable end caps and repair sleeve requirements. Provide geometry, voltage-related requirements, environment and installation access. The correct material and dimensions must be matched to the equipment and any applicable electrical qualification.

We can review braided protective sleeving and optical fiber splice protection products. Braided sleeving protects and organizes bundles; splice protectors support a fiber joint during the specified installation. Include material, size, installation temperature and end-use requirements when requesting either product.

Silicone PVC PE PU PA and Rubber Tubing

Platinum-cured silicone tubing uses an addition-cure system. It is considered for flexible fluid paths and equipment lines where the selected formulation meets the required purity, mechanical and documentation needs. The cure system alone does not establish food-contact or medical suitability.

Not necessarily. In a tubing description, an air line may simply mean a tube used to convey air. For silicone air-line tubing, state pressure, temperature and equipment use. Aviation applications require their own material, performance and qualification requirements and should be identified explicitly.

Sterility must be specified and confirmed separately. Medical silicone tubing should not be assumed sterile because it is made from a tested material. Tell us your sterilization method, packaging and finished-device requirements so the supply scope can be reviewed.

No. For USP Class VI silicone tubing, the test evidence must be assessed for the identified material and test conditions. It does not establish approval of every finished device or implantation use. Share the intended contact type and duration and the qualification requirements of your project.

Some silicone tubing formulations and dimensions are suitable for pump duty. Specify the pump model, roller arrangement, occlusion, speed, fluid and required operating life. General-purpose silicone tubing should not automatically be treated as a qualified pump tube.

Compatibility depends on the formulation, temperature, pressure, cycle and cumulative exposure. Request information for the exact tube and evaluate your planned cycles. Repeated treatment can change dimensions and mechanical performance, so define inspection and replacement criteria for the process.

Yes. Clear PVC unreinforced tubing can be reviewed for flexible lines and visual fluid observation within its operating limits. Specify fluid, temperature, pressure, hardness and any contact-compliance needs. Plain PVC tubing should not be assigned the rating of a reinforced PVC hose.

We can review rectangular PVC tubing and square profiles according to your drawing. Specify external width and height, internal clearance, corner radii, wall thickness, hardness and cut length. Profile dimensions and tolerances require separate assessment from round-tube tables.

PE tubing includes different polyethylene resin families. Density and molecular structure affect stiffness, flexibility, toughness and processing. LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE should be compared using the actual grade and tube specification. Cross-linked polyethylene is another construction and is not interchangeable with ordinary PE tubing.

Only use a PE tubing grade and construction qualified for the intended duty. Specify the contact requirements or air pressure, temperature, fittings and environment. Material identity alone does not establish potable-water compliance or suitability for stored-energy pneumatic service.

We can review PU tubing and PA or nylon tubing for equipment air lines and selected fluid applications. Specify pressure, temperature, bend radius, abrasion and moisture conditions. Request the proposed grade, connection compatibility and relevant performance information for the actual use.

Rubber tubing can be reviewed in material families such as silicone, EPDM, NBR, FKM and other elastomers according to availability and application. State the fluid, temperature, flexibility and aging conditions. Oil resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance are compound-specific.

Reinforced Hoses and Flexible Ducting

Consider reinforced industrial hoses when pressure, vacuum, mechanical support or installation duty exceeds a plain tube's capability. Reinforcement can change bend behavior and connection requirements. Choose the complete construction rather than simply adding braid to a plain-tube specification.

Options can include polyester, nylon or other textile braid, aramid fiber and stainless steel braid or spiral wire, depending on the hose. Specify the intended duty and preferred reinforcement. Availability, temperature limits, chemical exposure and fitting design are confirmed for the selected construction.

Yes. Silicone reinforced hoses and PVC reinforced hoses can be reviewed for fluid handling and equipment connections. Include liner material, reinforcement, finished ID and OD, pressure or vacuum, temperature, length and end fittings so the assembly can be assessed together.

Stainless steel braided PTFE hose combines a PTFE fluid-contact liner with external metal braid. Performance depends on liner geometry, braid, fittings, assembly and temperature. If you require SAE 100 R14 or another standard, identify the requirement and request matching documentation for the supplied hose.

No. Black color may come from a pigment or a conductive formulation. For PTFE hose used in an electrostatic-control application, define liner conductivity, resistance test method, grounding and continuity through the complete assembly. Appearance is not proof of electrical performance.

We can review PVC steel-wire hoses, PU extraction hoses and silicone-coated fiberglass ducting for suitable applications. Fluid-transfer hoses and ventilation ducts have different constructions and ratings. Specify whether the duty involves air, dust, abrasion, vacuum, liquids or elevated temperature.

Provide hose material and construction, bore, overall length, fitting standard and material, sealing faces, end orientation, pressure or vacuum, fluid, temperature and test requirements. Include bend radius, movement and any electrical continuity or cleanliness requirement.

A brake application requires a specifically qualified hose assembly and fittings, appropriate tests and applicable vehicle requirements. Do not select an ordinary industrial PTFE braided hose solely because its bore or braid looks similar. Tell us the intended system and required conformity evidence.

Molded Parts Stock Shapes and Engineering Plastics

Yes. Plastic and rubber molded parts can be reviewed from drawings, samples or a defined functional specification. Include material, hardness where relevant, tolerances, quantity, mold requirements and acceptance criteria. The appropriate molding process depends on the material and geometry.

Yes. PTFE rods and large-diameter pipe stock can be reviewed in suitable molded or extruded forms. Specify ID, OD, length, material grade and machining allowance. Large dimensions require confirmation of process, tooling, tolerances and availability rather than a general maximum-size claim.

Not necessarily. PTFE stock shapes may be supplied as blanks with stock tolerances and machining allowance. A finished part requires its own drawing, inspection criteria and surface requirements. State whether you need raw stock, rough-machined material or a finished component.

Yes. We review PTFE machined parts and engineering plastic components for turning or milling according to the selected material. Mark critical features, tolerances, surface finish and inspection needs. Tight tolerances must account for thermal expansion and the behavior of the polymer.

Our high-performance engineering plastics range includes PEEK, PEI, PPS, PPSU, PSU and other specialty materials for review. Available forms and grades differ by product. Provide load, temperature, chemicals, electrical needs and expected quantity so suitable materials can be compared.

We can review filled engineering plastics for structural, wear or electrical requirements. Identify the base resin, filler type or target performance and any cleanliness restrictions. A change in filler can affect machining, dielectric properties, chemical behavior and contact-documentation scope.

We can review HDPE rods and UHMWPE sheets for machining, wear surfaces and industrial components. Specify the exact polymer, dimensions, load and environment. HDPE and UHMWPE are different material families and should not be treated as interchangeable stock simply because both are polyethylene.

Yes, for projects where the sample can be measured and the requirements defined. We will need to agree the material, critical features, tolerances and any dimensions affected by wear on the original sample. A replacement should be approved against a confirmed drawing or specification before repeat production.

Sheets Films Seals Valves and Wire

PTFE sheets can be supplied as molded plate or skived products cut from a formed billet. Select the process according to thickness, flatness, finish and intended use. A flexible film and a thick machining plate require different tolerances and handling.

We can review fluoropolymer sheets and films for lining, insulation, release and other equipment uses. Specify material, thickness, width, length and any bonding treatment. Surface treatment, backing or pigment should be identified separately because each may change application suitability.

FEP or PFA encapsulated O-rings combine a fluoropolymer jacket with an elastomer core, commonly silicone or FKM. Selection depends on the jacket, core, gland and assembly method. Review temperature, fluid and movement because the jacketed construction behaves differently from an ordinary rubber O-ring.

For O-rings and gaskets, compare the exact compound against fluid, temperature, compression, motion and required life. No elastomer is best for every application. Provide the gland dimensions, hardness preference and any contact or cleanliness requirements so a suitable option can be reviewed.

Yes. Expanded PTFE gasket materials can be reviewed for suitable sealing applications. Specify flange geometry, medium, pressure, temperature, bolt load and thickness. Selection and installation must consider the actual joint rather than the chemical resistance of PTFE alone.

We can review fluoropolymer valves and connectors for chemical and equipment fluid systems. Specify connection standard, tube size, pressure, temperature, fluid and sealing materials. A matching nominal size does not establish compatibility between different fitting systems.

Connection choice depends on tube stiffness, dimensions, temperature and pressure. Use a fitting system suited to the actual PTFE tubing and application. Share the fitting drawing or specification so retention, sealing and any bore reduction can be assessed.

Our insulated electric wire and cable range supports inquiries for fluoropolymer insulation, XLPE and other cable constructions. Provide conductor material, cross-section or AWG, core count, voltage, temperature, flexibility and required standard. Cable selection must use the rating of the complete construction.

Not automatically. Heat shrink sleeving may add protection or insulation where qualified, but its presence does not establish the voltage rating or approvals of the finished cable assembly. Specify the equipment requirement and test scope before using it as a substitute.

OEM Logo Customization and Project Support

Yes. Our OEM services can incorporate your agreed material, drawing, customer part number, inspection criteria and packaging instructions. Samples and artwork can be approved before production so repeat orders use a consistent specification.

Yes. Logo customization can include labels, bags, reels, cartons and suitable product marking. Direct printing depends on material, surface and available area. For fluoropolymers with difficult-to-bond surfaces, packaging or labels may be the better option. Send vector artwork and the preferred layout.

We can review custom colors, elastomer hardness, round or shaped tubing profiles and selected material modifications. Feasibility depends on material, geometry, additives and quantity. State the required performance and appearance so a sample and production specification can be agreed.

We can review cutting, coils, reels, individually labeled packs and grouped order preparation. Specify cut tolerance, cleanliness, part-number labels and packing quantities. Special handling or assembly requests are confirmed as part of the quotation scope.

We review product geometry, feasible tolerances and suitable manufacturing routes for molded parts and other custom products. Tooling cost, ownership, maintenance and any exclusive-use arrangement are agreed before the project proceeds. Application validation remains part of the customer's equipment approval process.

A confidentiality agreement can be reviewed before you share sensitive project information. Identify the drawings, artwork and samples involved and agree permitted use as part of the project. Send only the information needed for the initial feasibility review until the arrangements are confirmed.

Free Samples Inventory Lead Times and Payment

We can provide product descriptions and material information to assist the classification review. Final classification and destination requirements should be confirmed with the responsible broker or authority. If your broker needs additional details, send the questions before the shipment is dispatched.

Once the shipment is booked or dispatched, we share available transport or tracking details through the agreed contact channel. Transit time is separate from production lead time and may change with carrier operations or customs processing. Contact us if your delivery schedule requires follow-up.

Keep the packaging and shipment records and notify us promptly with photographs, quantities and the transport reference. Record visible damage with the carrier where appropriate. We will help review the issue and coordinate the next steps with the relevant parties under the agreed shipment terms.

Free supply does not necessarily mean zero customs value. Sample shipments still require appropriate descriptions, quantities and customs documentation. We coordinate the paperwork according to the shipment and destination requirements; ask your broker if a particular sample-import procedure is needed.

Shipping Documents and Customs Clearance

We can provide available PTFE, FEP and PFA compliance documents relevant to the identified material or product. State the required grade, document type and revision date. Food-contact reports, substance declarations and management certificates have different scopes and should be reviewed for the actual application.

Yes, where available and applicable to the ordered item. Request SDS or MSDS, technical data sheets and inspection reports before quotation if they form part of your approval process. Specify the measurements, test methods and reporting format required.

Please state your Certificate of Conformity requirement with the inquiry. We confirm its availability, wording and order reference before acceptance. If you need lot information, inspection results or specific standards listed, those requirements must be agreed as part of the documentation scope.

No. Documentation for a resin or sample does not automatically establish the qualification of every tube, hose, fitting or finished device. Check the material, company, scope, date and test conditions. Define the final product or assembly approval requirements separately.

We can review material, cleanliness, packaging and document requirements for these sectors. Send the actual use conditions and qualification needs before selecting the product. Suitability depends on the specified grade and supply process and should be confirmed through the project's evaluation requirements.

Tell us your identification and record requirements before ordering. We can review material or lot references, product labels, customer part numbers and inspection records appropriate to the product. Agree these details in the approved specification so future purchases use the same requirements.
