Yozonetech supplies FEP and PFA annular corrugated tubing for cooling circuits, reagent transfer and equipment connections. The ring-shaped corrugations provide flexibility for routed assemblies, while straight end sections support connection to compatible fittings.

Flexible routing

The corrugated profile allows bends and helps reduce kinking during installation. Agree the minimum bend radius, routing and support for the selected size; flexibility does not establish a fatigue-life rating.

Chemical stability

Fluoropolymer materials offer broad chemical resistance for many cooling fluids and reagents. Check the exact fluid, concentration and temperature against the selected material and complete assembly.

Temperature and aging resistance

The range is intended for applications that require resistance to high and low temperatures, aging and weather exposure. Confirm operating limits for the material grade, tube geometry and mechanical load.

Visual access to the fluid

The PFA CT range provides four inch-designated thin-wall options. Dimensional pairs below retain the catalog values; agree the ID and OD individually on the production drawing before ordering.

Dimensional clarification: pair order is not consistent across the listed CT sizes. For 1/4 inch, the listed diameter difference corresponds to a nominal 0.55 mm wall, while the stated wall is 0.45 ± 0.1 mm. Confirm the nominal bore, outside diameter and wall together before production.

Are the straight and corrugated bore dimensions the same

Do not assume they are the same. Straight-end dimensions define the connection interface; corrugations can change the internal clearance. Confirm the minimum corrugated bore for flow and assembly design.
