Product Overview

Flexible fluoropolymer tubing for liquid cooling and fluid transfer

Yozonetech supplies FEP and PFA annular corrugated tubing for cooling circuits, reagent transfer and equipment connections. The ring-shaped corrugations provide flexibility for routed assemblies, while straight end sections support connection to compatible fittings.

Choose from the metric sizes below or request the ultra-thin PFA CT range. Common lengths include 130, 220, 300, 330, 450, 500 and 1800 mm. Send your material, end dimensions, finished length and operating conditions for a quotation.

Product Benefits

Flexible routing

The corrugated profile allows bends and helps reduce kinking during installation. Agree the minimum bend radius, routing and support for the selected size; flexibility does not establish a fatigue-life rating.

Estabilidad química

Fluoropolymer materials offer broad chemical resistance for many cooling fluids and reagents. Check the exact fluid, concentration and temperature against the selected material and complete assembly.

Temperature and aging resistance

The range is intended for applications that require resistance to high and low temperatures, aging and weather exposure. Confirm operating limits for the material grade, tube geometry and mechanical load.

Visual access to the fluid

FEP and PFA can provide high transparency for viewing the fluid path. Actual clarity depends on material, wall thickness and the corrugated profile.

Connection options

Straight ends can be configured for compatible fittings, including buckle or snap-type connections where specified. A clamp-free connection is available only with a validated matching connector design.

Nonmetallic construction

The nonmetallic tube does not introduce a metallic fluid line into radio-frequency-sensitive equipment. Evaluate the complete assembly against the equipment electromagnetic requirements.

Metric Annular Corrugated Tube Sizes

All dimensions are in mm. Size labels indicate straight-section ID × OD. The table gives straight-end dimensions, rather than the bore through the corrugated section.

Size ID × OD Wall mm Straight ID mm Straight OD mm
6 × 8 0.9-1.1 6 ± 0.1 8 ± 0.1
8 × 10 0.9-1.1 8 ± 0.1 10 ± 0.1
10 × 12 0.9-1.1 10 ± 0.1 12 ± 0.1
12 × 14 0.9-1.1 12 ± 0.15 14 ± 0.15
12 × 15 1.4-1.6 12 ± 0.15 15 ± 0.15
13 × 16 1.4-1.6 13 ± 0.15 16 ± 0.15

Final dimensions are subject to the agreed product specification. Contact us for additional sizes, lengths and end configurations.

Ultra Thin PFA CT Corrugated Tubing

The PFA CT range provides four inch-designated thin-wall options. Dimensional pairs below retain the catalog values; agree the ID and OD individually on the production drawing before ordering.

Nominal size inch Listed dimension pair mm Wall mm
1/4 6.35 × 5.25 0.45 ± 0.1
3/8 9.2 × 10.3 0.55 ± 0.1
1/2 11.1 × 12.7 0.8 ± 0.1
3/4 17.4 × 19 0.8 ± 0.1

Dimensional clarification: pair order is not consistent across the listed CT sizes. For 1/4 inch, the listed diameter difference corresponds to a nominal 0.55 mm wall, while the stated wall is 0.45 ± 0.1 mm. Confirm the nominal bore, outside diameter and wall together before production.

Aplicaciones típicas

Liquid cooling systems

Flexible connections in high-performance computing systems, data centers and laser cooling circuits. Specify coolant composition, flow conditions, temperature, pressure and connector requirements.

Laboratory and analytical instruments

Reagent delivery and instrument connections where chemical compatibility and flexible routing are required. Define bore dimensions, cleanliness and any extractables requirements.

Industrial equipment

Cooling and fluid-transfer connections in chemical equipment, electronics and general industrial machinery. Review routing, support and fitting retention for the assembly.

Food beverage and medical equipment

Equipment fluid paths can be reviewed for these industries. Food-contact compliance, medical suitability and required documentation must be confirmed for the specific material and finished tube.

Custom Production and Inspection

Send a drawing specifying material, straight-end ID and OD, corrugated bore and outside diameter, wall thickness, overall length, active corrugated length, pitch and end configuration. Include dimensional tolerances, quantity, packaging and connection details.

For pressure, vacuum or cyclic movement, provide the full duty conditions and required test criteria. Agree dimensional checks, leak or pressure testing, cleanliness and material documentation before production.

Preguntas frecuentes

Which material should I choose

Choose FEP or PFA against your coolant or reagent, service temperature, purity requirements and connection design. Send the application details for material and dimensional review.

Are the straight and corrugated bore dimensions the same

Do not assume they are the same. Straight-end dimensions define the connection interface; corrugations can change the internal clearance. Confirm the minimum corrugated bore for flow and assembly design.

Can the tubing be used under vacuum

Vacuum suitability depends on size, wall, corrugation geometry, temperature and support. Provide the required vacuum level and duration so the finished tube and assembly can be reviewed.

Can you supply custom lengths and connections

Yes, custom requirements can be reviewed against your drawing. Specify total length, corrugated length, straight ends, fitting type and tolerances. Confirm availability with the quotation.

What are the temperature and pressure ratings

Ratings must be confirmed for the selected material, dimensions, fitting system and service conditions. Request the applicable specification and any required test data for your assembly.

Can I install the tube without clamps

Only when the tube ends and a compatible buckle or snap-type connector are designed and validated together. Specify the connection system and retention requirements when ordering.

Request a Quote

Send your drawing or selected size, material, quantity and finished length. Include the straight-end and corrugated dimensions, connector details, medium, normal and maximum temperature, pressure or vacuum, movement requirements and required inspection documents.
