Configuration Options

Listed options include manual and pneumatic diaphragm valves; flared, beaded and welded connection styles; and standard-temperature and high-temperature versions. The complete mounting dimensions on the following page apply to the manual flared type only.

The size range is 1/8 to 2 inch in the common model table. Detailed dimensions are supplied only for the six manual flared sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch. Request drawings for the larger sizes or other actuation and connection variants.

Manual Flared Valve Dimensions

The drawing groups are 1/8-1/2 inch and 3/4-1 inch. A through H correspond to the drawing labels; their numerical values are reproduced below without redefining the symbols. Confirm drawing units and tolerances with the selected valve specification.

The 1 inch row retains B = 22.6 and C = 22.6 as listed. Verify the drawing and mounting interface before manufacture or installation. The table is not a dimensional specification for pneumatic, beaded or welded versions.

Technical and Installation Selection

Specify the connection bore, mating tube dimensions, actuation, flow direction, medium, temperature and pressure. Obtain the valve-specific material list, pressure and temperature limits and mounting drawing. The common model and dimension tables alone do not assign a performance rating.

For flared connections, agree the mating tube and end-form specification. For beaded or welded connections, provide the complete joint design and processing requirements. Support the assembly so tubing loads do not distort the valve or connections.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do the A through H dimensions apply to every valve

They apply to the listed manual flared reference sizes only. Other constructions and larger sizes require their own confirmed drawings.

Are 1-1/4 1-1/2 and 2 inch sizes listed

Yes. D2007, D2008 and D2009 identify those nominal sizes. Their detailed A through H dimensions are not given in the common drawing table.

Can I choose a different connection style

Flared, beaded and welded types are listed. Specify the mating tube or joint details and request the matching valve drawing.
