About Yozonetech – Leading PTFE Tube Manufacturer

Yozonetech began as a family-owned PTFE tube manufacturer, producing PTFE, FEP tubing, PFA tubing, flexible silicone tubing, rubber hose and insulated electrical wire since 2005. In 2018, we established our import & export company and created our own brand, Yozonetech. Within the first three years, we successfully collaborated with over 60 professional customers across Europe and the U.S., supplying medical and industrial solutions such as medical catheter tubes, power station heat exchangers, PTFE/FEP dual wall shrink tubes, and high-pressure hydraulic PTFE tubes for industrial gas and liquid applications.

Advanced Manufacturing with Taiwanese Extrusion Machines

We proudly use Taiwanese extrusion machines, ensuring minimal tolerances, stable operating temperatures, smooth product surfaces, and consistently high quality. This capability allows us to manufacture precise extruded plastic tube and high temp heat shrink tubing for demanding applications.

Factory Strength & Production Capacity

Our factories span 40,000 square meters, employing over 500 workers and developers, and housing more than 700 production machines. This setup enables the development of 1–2 new products per month, with a monthly output of 25 million meters. We operate 2 factories in Hebei Province and cooperate with 5 additional factories in Guangdong, Shanghai, and Hebei, ensuring large-scale production and fast delivery.

Expertise & Quality Assurance

Our engineering director has over 15 years of experience in the PTFE industry and was among the first engineers to introduce PTFE production technology from foreign-funded enterprises to mainland China. We use premium virgin fluoropolymers from global brands like DuPont, Daikin, AGC, as well as Chinese brands such as Dongyue and Chengguang. This ensures our products maintain stable quality at competitive prices.

All products—including medical catheter tubes and PTFE/FEP heat shrink tubes—are certified by USP Class VI, FDA, ROHS, REACH, and CE, making us the #1 OEM & ODM factory in China.
