Product Overview
Conductive strip PFA tubing for electrostatic control and high purity fluid transfer
Yozonetech anti-static PFA tubing combines a high-purity PFA base with conductive carbon fibers and conductive PFA strips at the inner and outer surfaces. Specify the dimensions and electrical requirements your fluid system needs, with custom sizes and supply lengths available for review.
Product Advantages
Conductive strip construction
Inner and outer conductive PFA strips provide an electrical path within the tube construction for applications requiring electrostatic control.
Defined electrical reference
The catalog specifies a surface-resistance range of 1 × 10⁴–1 × 10⁶ Ω for a 100 mm inspection specimen. Agree the test method and acceptance conditions for your order.
PFA chemical resistance
The PFA base is selected for demanding fluid transfer. Review the exact chemical, concentration and service conditions when selecting the tube.
High purity application focus
Specify the cleanliness, particles and extractables requirements needed for your process so the material, inspection and packaging can be reviewed together.
Size and length choices
Six standard size combinations are listed, with 50 m, 100 m and 200 m roll lengths. Request confirmation for other dimensions or supply formats.
OEM specification support
Provide your drawing, tolerances, connection details and documentation requirements to define a repeatable supply specification.

| 19.05 × 15.88 (3/4") | 19.05 | ±0.12 | 1.59 | 0.06 | 3.8 | 8 | 50 / 100 / 200 |
| 25.40 × 22.22 (1") | 25.40 | ±0.15 | 1.59 | 0.06 | 4.9 | 8 | 50 / 100 / 200 |
Fluid-section wall and conductive wall are separate catalog construction values. Confirm the cross-section drawing and tolerances for the ordered tube; these figures should not be substituted for a calculated total wall thickness.

How the Conductive Construction Is Used
The source describes the conductive strips as providing a shielding effect while retaining the corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and cleanliness characteristics of the PFA base. It identifies this construction for electrostatic control and high-purity fluid transfer, including applications concerned with external spark discharge in flammable-gas environments.
Define the required electrical path through the complete installation. Connection design, continuity and grounding must be assessed for the actual system. The material description alone does not establish fire prevention or hazardous-area approval.

| Primary selection focus | Chemical compatibility, dimensions and fluid handling | Fluid handling plus specified electrostatic-control requirements |

Selection and Quality Requirements
Match the dimensions to the connections
Specify OD, ID and tolerances rather than only a nominal inch label. Provide fitting drawings and installation details, including routing and bend constraints.
Confirm the electrical acceptance criteria
The catalog resistance value is associated with a 100 mm inspection specimen. State the required test length, electrode arrangement, test conditions and sampling plan for agreement. Include any complete-assembly continuity requirements.
Review operating conditions
Provide normal and maximum temperature, working and peak pressure, pulsation, vacuum duty and movement where applicable. Ordinary PFA tubing temperature-pressure tables are not automatically applicable to this conductive-strip product.
Define cleanliness and documentation
State the required material identification, dimensional records, resistance reports and any particle or extractables evidence. Confirm the actual documentation scope, cleaning and protective packaging in the quotation.
Custom OEM Supply
Custom OD, ID, tolerances and lengths can be reviewed against the conductive-strip design and production capability. Send a drawing or sample for nonstandard tubing. Confirm strip geometry, electrical performance and dimensional requirements as part of the same specification.
Request an Anti Static PFA Tubing Quote
Send the size or drawing, quantity, roll or cut length, fluid composition, operating conditions and fitting details. Include electrical acceptance limits, cleanliness criteria, packaging and required reports. We can then review the proposed construction and confirm availability, sample options, pricing and lead time.
