Product Selection

Select the product form first. WF and PO are non-shrinking tubes; SRG is braided insulation and WPET is expandable PET sleeving. WRSJD is installed as a sealing tape, WOLVO provides a grip covering and WRSGX protects fusion splices. WF remains a non-shrinking PTFE product and uses its own dimensions and material specification.

How to Specify Your Requirement

Identify the model first, then compare the supplied dimensions, fully recovered dimensions and installation space. Specify operating conditions, required flame or halogen performance, color, length, quantity and packaging. Certification and test references apply to the stated model and must be matched to the supplied product.

Dimensions are in mm unless another unit is stated. Operating temperature, minimum shrink temperature, full-recovery temperature and aging-test conditions describe different requirements. Keep them separate when selecting and installing the product.

WF — PTFE Teflon Tubing

WF is a PTFE Teflon tubing product designed for extreme electrical, chemical and thermal environments. The source highlights chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance and high-pressure resistance. WF S, T and L columns are the catalog external-diameter variants. They are not recovered diameters; WF is non-shrinking tubing.

SRG-N / SRG-W — Silicone Rubber Braided Tube

SRG-N/W provides braided silicone-rubber insulation and protection for household appliances, lighting fittings, machines and electronic instruments. The catalogue defines two constructions: SRG-N with fiberglass inner support and braided silicone rubber outside, and SRG-W with silicone rubber inner layer and fiberglass braid outside. Operating temperature is -55°C to +200°C; the source also states RoHS compliance, good flexibility, arc resistance and corona resistance. Standard color is white; other colors are available upon request.

WRSJD — Adhesive-Lined Cross-Linked Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tape

WRSJD is an adhesive-lined, heat-shrink duct and vacuum tape designed for sealing joints on spiral, flexible or flat-oval ducts used in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and exhaust-recovery systems. The source emphasizes air-leakage reduction, moisture sealing, strong adhesion to galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless steel, and resistance to bending, vibration and mechanical stresses. Continuous operating temperature is -45°C to +125°C and full shrink temperature is 120°C. Colors listed are black, red, green and yellow.

WPET — PET Expandable Sleeve

WPET is an expandable sleeve made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), intended for protection of bundled wires, wiring harnesses and hoses. The source specifies good flexibility, easy bending, excellent abrasion resistance and convenient installation. Continuous operating temperature is -50°C to +150°C; fusing point is 240°C ±10°C; flame-retardant rating is self-extinguishing. Standard color is black or other colors upon request. WOLVO — Skidproof Heat Shrink Tubing

WOLVO is a polyolefin heat-shrink tubing with a skidproof figured surface. The source positions it for fishing tackle, sport fittings, equipment and commodities with hand-held contact surfaces. It provides abrasion resistance, anti-skid performance, flexibility and quick installation. WRSGX — Optical Fiber Fusion Splice Protection Sleeves

WRSGX is designed to protect the bare fiber portion of a fusion splice. The sleeve combines a clear outer heat-shrink tube, a low-temperature hot-melt adhesive sleeve and a stainless-steel rod that supports alignment and rigidity of the single-fiber splice.

Provides mechanical and environmental protection for fusion splices.

Provides reinforcement of the fusion-splicing portion.

Fits into most splice holders.

Designed for quick shrink-down and easy installation to reduce the risk of fiber damage.

Which model should I choose

Select the product form first. WF and PO are non-shrinking tubes; SRG is braided insulation and WPET is expandable PET sleeving. Are all models flame retardant

Use the flame-performance statement of the exact model. Halogen-free, low-smoke and flame-retardant are separate requirements. A category title does not establish a shared rating.

Is shrink temperature the operating temperature

No. Shrink or recovery temperature is an installation condition. Continuous operating temperature and short-duration laboratory aging or heat-shock tests are separate values.

Are all performance values guaranteed limits

Keep the distinction between standard requirements and typical test results shown in the tables. Agree the exact specification, acceptance limits, test method and product documentation with the order.
