Yozonetech Dual Wall Adhesive-Lined Heat Shrink Tubing is designed as a two-layer protection system: a heat-shrinkable outer jacket combined with an inner hot-melt adhesive layer. During controlled heating, the outer layer contracts around the component while the adhesive softens and bonds to suitable substrates. This construction is used when ordinary single-wall heat shrink tubing is not sufficient because the assembly also requires sealing, moisture resistance, environmental protection or improved mechanical retention.
