Why Yozonetech FEP Tube 400,000 Meters Were Sold In 2020

Main differences between YOZONETECH FEP and PFA

The main differences between YOZONETECH FEP tube and PFA tube are FEP tube temperature resistance of 200 degrees, PFA tube temperature resistance of 260 degrees, other differences are very small.

Common names: FEP tube, PFA tube, transparent Teflon tube, F46 tube, FEP sleeve, PFA sleeve, transparent Teflon sleeve, F46 sleeve, FEP tring, PFA tyfluorn tube, transparent Teflon tube, PFA trachea, transparent Teflon tube.

   Product specifications: Color: commonly used colors: transparent, black;

Not commonly used colors: yellow, brown, green, blue.

Common features:

Use temperature: -200 degrees to 200 degrees: easy to process: can be turned over, welding: anti-aging: YOZONETECH FEP and PFA tubes can be exposed to ozone, sunlight, long periods of non-aging.

High transparency: The minimum refractive index of all plastics allows you to see directly the flow of media in the tube

Corrosion resistance: Can withstand all strong acids, strong oxidants, strong reducing agents and various organic solvents, except molten alkali metals, fluorinated media and media above 300 degrees

Less common features: density: 2.14-2×.17g / cm>3; Surface resistance > 2×1013; Arc resistance> 165 seconds, no leakage, low water absorption rate: water absorption rate <0.1%; minimum coefficient of friction: minimum coefficient of friction; non-stick surface: known solid material head can not adhere to the surface.

Non-combustible: Air does not burn and meets the fire safety requirements of strict sites

Non-toxic: five toxic tasteless, physiological inert, harmless to people and the environment

General specification: I.D. (mm)

   Metric: 2 x 4,3 x 5,4 x 6,5 x 7,6 x 8,8 x 10,8 x 12,9 x 12,10 x 12,12 x 14,14 x 16,16 x 18, 18 x 20

Other production specifications, internal diameter 0.5mm to internal diameter 200mm, wall thickness 0.12mm to 3mm.

PFA plastics are small amounts of perfluoroprofluoroethylene ether and Teflon co-polymers. Teflon enhances the molten adhesion, reduces the viscosity of the solute, and the performance remains the same. The resin can be processed directly using common thermoplastic molding methods. Suitable for the production of corrosion-resistant components, wear-reducing, seals, insulation and equipment components, high temperature wires, cable insulation, corrosion-resistant equipment, sealing materials, pump valve bushings and chemical containers.

1, for a small amount of perfluoroprofluoroethylene ether and Teflon co-property. Teflon enhances the molten adhesion, reduces the viscosity of the solute, and the performance remains the same. The resin can be processed directly using common thermoplastic molding methods.

2, long-term use temperature of -196-260 degrees, with excellent chemical corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance to all chemicals, the lowest coefficient of friction in plastics, with good electrical performance, its electrical insulation is not affected by temperature, there is a "plastic king" said.

3, its chemical resistance is similar to Teflon, better than some fluoroethylene.

4, its anti-creep and pressure strength are better than Teflon, high tensile strength, elongation rate of up to 100-300%. Good particles and excellent radiation resistance. Flame retardants reach V0 level.

5, suitable for the production of corrosion-resistant parts, reduce wear, seals, insulation and equipment parts.

6, high temperature wire, cable insulation, anti-corrosion equipment, sealing materials, pump valve bushings and chemical containers.

Molding performance

1. Crystallization material, moisture absorption rate is small. It can be processed into products using conventional thermoplastic processing methods.

2. Poor mobility, easy to decompose and decompose when corrosive gases are produced. It is recommended that the molding temperature should not exceed 475 degrees, the mold should be heated to 150-200 degrees, and the pouring system should have little resistance to material flow.

3. Translucent particles, injection molding, extrusive molding. The molding temperature is 350-400 degrees, 475 degrees or higher, which can easily cause color changes or bubbles. Also note that publishing can be more difficult.

4, because the molten material has a corrosive effect on the metal, long-term production, mold needs to be electroplating chromium treatment.

Perfluoroane oxygen-based resin

PFA resins are relatively new molten fluorine plastics.

The melting point of PFA is approximately 580 degrees F and the density is 2.13- 2.16g / cc (g / cm3). PFA is similar to PTFE and FEP, but at 302T or higher, the mechanical properties are slightly better than FEP and can be used at temperatures up to 500F, which is chemically resistant to PTFE. PFA products are granular products for molding and extrusion, powder products for rotating molding and coatings, and semi-finished products for films, plates, rods and tubes. PFA resins sold in the U.S. market include DuPont's Teflon, Dakin's Neoflon, Ansimont's Hthen and HOechst Celanese's Hostafl. PFA and FEP are similar in use.
