Material and Process Options
The product family is made from fluoropolymer resins such as PFA, FEP, PVDF and ETFE by molding or extrusion. Each resin has its own chemical, mechanical, electrical and thermal characteristics; confirm the exact material with the ordered size.

Extruded sheet length is specified with the order. The tables describe family-level reference sizes; confirm material, process, thickness and dimensional availability together.

Aplicaciones
Corrosion resistant equipment
Select the resin for chemical-contact parts, protective equipment and chemical containers. Provide the medium, concentration and temperature so all contact conditions can be reviewed.
Wear parts and seals
Sheet or plate can provide starting stock for wear-resistant components, sealing materials, pump and valve liners. Define load, friction, sealing geometry and the finished-part requirements.
Electrical insulation
For insulating parts, specify the resin, thickness and electrical acceptance requirements. The material name alone does not establish the voltage rating of a finished component.
Medical device components
The material family is also used in medical-device parts. Any such application needs a specified grade, finished-part design and appropriate application-specific validation and documentation.
Custom Fabrication and Inspection
Send a cutting or machining drawing with length, width, thickness and tolerances. Include flatness, surface finish and any weld, lining or bonding requirements. Confirm the selected resin before choosing fabrication conditions.
Agree dimensional and visual checks and any resin traceability, property testing or cleanliness requirements. Operating temperature and load limits are established for the chosen resin and finished component.

Can PFA FEP PVDF and ETFE be used interchangeably
No. Choose the resin for the medium, temperature, mechanical duty and fabrication method. Similar sheet dimensions do not establish equivalent performance.
Are the extruded dimensions a roll length specification
No. The listed 1000 and 1200 mm values are widths, with thicknesses of 1-4 mm. Specify the required length separately.
Does every listed size apply to every resin
Confirm each material and dimension combination with the quotation. The reference tables cover the product family and do not assign a separate availability matrix to each resin.
