Denn wenn es um Fluorkunststoffe geht, ist die erste Reaktion PTFE, die zweite ist PVDF und die dritte FEP. Vorhin habe ich die zweite PVDF-Fluorfamilie vorgestellt (Einf\u00fchrung der PVDF-Fluorwerkstofffamilie). Heute m\u00f6chte ich Ihnen FEP aus der Familie der Fluorkunststoffe vorstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.chinaptfetube.com\/12104\/common\/20210128\/1611815813752.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) FEP ist mit Tetrafluorethylen und Hexafluorpropylen copolymerisiert<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FEP ist die Abk\u00fcrzung f\u00fcr Perfluorethylen-Propylen-Copolymer, allgemein bekannt als F46. FEP ist die Copolymerisation von Tetrafluorethylen und Hexafluorpropylen. Der Gehalt an Hexafluorpropylen betr\u00e4gt etwa 15%. Es ist ein modifiziertes Material von Polytetrafluorethylen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(3) FEP hat eine geringere Kristallinit\u00e4t, einen niedrigeren Schmelzpunkt und eine bessere Verarbeitbarkeit als PTFE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Chemie bestimmt die Struktur die Eigenschaften, und die Struktur beeinflusst die Kristallisation. Je einfacher die chemische Struktur der Polymerkette, je h\u00f6her die Symmetrie der Kette und je kleiner der Substituent, desto flexibler ist die Molek\u00fclkette und desto leichter kristallisiert sie.
